Months of testing and retesting has yielded this ... the ideal seeded loaf. A slow fermented hybrid blend of white, wholemeal and rye coated in pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, brown linseeds and golden linseeds.

Dense, chewy and moist … pairs well with a generous layer of salted butter. 10/10.
