Pavilion Bakery's classic sourdough loaf. Made with a hybrid blend of white, wholemeal and rye, fermented for over 18 hours for that iconic taste and perfect crust. 

This is a big loaf, and it keeps very well. Delicious fresh or toasted.

Wet weight 1000g (most sourdough loaves are 800g)
