Monmouth Decaf
Monmouth Decaf
Monmouth chose Fazenda IP for their ongoing decaffeination project due to its rich body and balanced profile — both essential for a full-flavoured decaffeinated coffee — and the results speak for themselves.
Now in its third year, this coffee has become a staple on Monmouth’s counter. The process is handled by Descamex in Mexico, using their proprietary Mountain Water Process—a gentle, water-based method that preserves the coffee’s original character. This careful approach retains its full-bodied chocolate notes and low acidity, setting it apart from other decaffeination techniques.
